Payment & Shipping -
Shipping can take anywhere between 2-3 business days once payment is processed. During high volume times (holidays), please expect 2-7 business days to ship. Business days do not include weekends nor holidays. We ship orders through USPS.
Processing -
Once we receive your order please allow 1-5 business days for processing. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS have received the package and its successfully processed through their system.
Pre orders- if an item is labeled pre order it is not kept in stock. We will have that made on demand just for you. Pre orders take a little bit longer to process & ship. Standard time for shipping a pre order is 5 - 10 (Business Days)
If you make a purchase and the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund. For any other problems we will gladly assist you to resolve any issues that may arise. Please feel free to ask any questions before you purchase.
